Registration collects participant contact details, date of birth, emergency contact information, waiver acceptance, and payment references. Organizers use this information to administer their races and contact participants.

Stripe processes payment card details. This application stores payment references and status, rather than card numbers. Confirmation emails are sent through the organizer’s configured email service.

Organizers have access to registration records and exports. Keep receipt links and saved receipts private: anyone with the link can view the runner’s submitted personal details, emergency contact, waiver acceptance, and payment record.
